Today we help government and law enforcement, enterprises, and managed security services providers around the world to illuminate deep and dark web threats and prevent attacks.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will have the exciting opportunity to review and grow the existing QA software engineering processes. As we continue on our exciting scaling journey the QA lead will build a highly skilled QA team to support our development processes.

We’re looking for someone with experience leading a QA team, testing for SaaS based products. The role is a perfect next step for someone looking for a new challenge building and scaling process in a growth stage startup.

**WHAT WILL I DO?**
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the team and other appropriate staff
- Coordinates product testing processes
- Participates in manual product testing, develops automated testing and is able to develop further tooling as per the testing pyramid
- Ensure that performance and scalability is an integral component of all test strategies and project plans
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Work closely with the CTO and Security to ensure that company security policies are adhered to
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Strong experience with Java or JavaScript based testing tool, including Selenium and Cypress
- Knowledge of both manual and automated testing methods, with a passion or focus for automation.
- Experience with enterprise development processes
- Previous experience in maintaining a QA provision to support SaaS products.
- Experience in building provision would be advantageous, whoever the role would also suit someone that has held a senior QA position for some time and is now looking for the next step in their career
- Knowledge of Agile and commercial development processes
- Experience of developing and creating automated testing procedures and CI/CD would be advantageous
- Demonstrate a security-first approach
- No certifications are required for this role, however a certification such as ISTQB or similar would be beneficial
