Butler Rose is working closely with our Milton Keynes based client as they look to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team

Due to the business going through a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to play a part in the delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls.

This is an opportunity offering a hybrid working set up following training.

Main Responsibilities:

- Support with weekly, monthly and umbrella payroll
- Liaise with HR team to ensure all employees are set up correctly
- Support with queries relating to pay, holidays and statutory entitlements
- Guarantee temporary workers are paid the correct rates and on time by ensuring they are promptly set up
- Experience in processing PAYE and Umbrella payroll
- Good IT Skills including Excel.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use initiative, reach deadlines and attention to detail
