My client, a leading global construction specialist, has delivered workplaces of the future for major financial institutions in Germany, to work with global tech titans on the biggest datacentres in Europe and the UK. They also have a huge presence on UK frameworks, including the CCS framework which is estimated to be worth £30bn over seven years.

We're looking for a Framework Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) & Construction Works & Associated Services (CWAS) framework.

The Framework Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Framework Lead / Strategic Relationship Director to maintain high levels of customer service to CCS and their Additional Clients
- Assessing opportunity information as required, summarising key info and ensuring people are aware of headline requirements / deadlines
- Responding to central EOI / RFIs as required and when requested on behalf of a BU
- Taking ownership of monthly MI (management information) reporting
- Attending webinars / industry days / briefings as required, consolidating notes and actions as required

Required skills and experience:

- As Framework Coordinator, you'll have good communication, both verbal and written
- Have attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently but work as part of a wider national team
- Interest in the construction industry
- Knowledge of public sector frameworks (desirable)
