Jark Bradford Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to work within the furniture industry, based in Bradford BD1

KEY DUTIES
- To provide customers with product, pricing and technical advice.
- To promote alternative and additional product solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
- To accurately input customer service orders using commercial operating systems/ data bases.
- To accurately complete and monitor the Service Note Log held on SharePoint software.
- To accurately raise all Service Note documentation for collection and return of service items.
- To process accurate quotations to customers, working between departments to obtain relevant information and approvals where required.
- To work in conjunction with members of our external sales team to provide service support in line with their requirements.
- To communicate effectively with all internal departments to progress customer service enquiries and orders.
- Arrange both KFP and third party inspections and follow up reporting.
- To support Sample Manager with the in-putting of sample orders.
- To support Logistics Manager and Logistics Co-ordinator, contacting customers to book in all scheduled deliveries each week.
- To show ability to work within tight deadlines.
- To show ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and demonstrate strong muti-tasking skills.
- Other duties as required

KEY SKILLS
- PC Literate - Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Experience of using commercial operating systems/ data bases.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Administration accuracy and attention to detail.
- Methodical and accurate approach to work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Reactive problem solver
- Commercial awareness

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous computer experience (Avante, SharePoint and Microsoft) preferred
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Experience of working within the furniture industry preferred but working in any manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Must demonstrate an interest and desire to understand furniture construction, fabric performance and product suitability for purpose.
- NVQ in Customer Service or similar qualification would be desirable.

This position consists of office and hybrid working.

Hours of work are:
Working from the office: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm

Hybrid working: Friday 8am - 13:30pm

Total of 37.5 hour per week (Hours can be flexible)

This is a permanent position with an immediate start for the right applicant.

**Salary**: £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
