**Despatch / Goods Out Co-ordinator - Requirements**
- Proven experience in logistics, including booking and processing deliveries, dealing with multiple couriers.
- IATA - Dangerous Goods experience ideally.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and initiative.
- Good time management, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.

**Despatch / Goods Out Co-ordinator - Responsibilities**
- Prepare and arrange transport and documents for product shipments.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and complete despatch of goods.
- Provide daily updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Manage and arrange inter-company shipments.
- Coordinate collections/returns from suppliers and customers.
- Book couriers online and notify customers/sales of shipping details.
- Label products and have knowledge of ADR and UN numbers using the Bartender system.
- Familiarize with the customer base for white-label products.
- Prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Process orders according to work instructions, including proper packaging to maintain acknowledged delivery dates.
- Ensure timely and accurate despatch to prevent customer non-conformance reports (NCR)
- Ensure safe handling of products.
- Propose solutions to ongoing issues.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Perform other common tasks.
