**Job Title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant (Part-time)**

**Position Overview**:
Our client is looking for a well-organised, detail oriented and proactive individual to support the finance and administrative functions on a part-time basis (24-hour contract).
This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring the accuracy of financial records and providing general administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments,
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Provide general administrative assistance to different departments, including data entry, document organisation and filing,
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by the company
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or administrative roles
- Any qualification in accountancy/bookkeeping is advantageous
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
**Role Details**:
- 24-hour contract with some flexible working (start/finish times & days)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
