Juice is thrilled to be supporting an award-winning company based in Bath city centre, as they look to recruit a talented Marketing Manager to join their team.
This organisation is on a mission to bring its unique service to as many people as they can, so this is a very exciting time to join the business. A great opportunity to head up this key area of the business, as they look to drive their expansion plans forthe rest of 2023 and beyond.
In this role, there will be a marketing and commercial focus. You will be integral to the coordination of the organisation’s roadmap to include marketing, product, sales, and CX plans.
**DAY TO DAY**:
- Overseeing plans for new products, propositions, services, and customer segments making sure they are fulfilled in committed timelines
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Project management of new products and services to support overall business objectives
- Working closely with the brand team to execute marketing plans and campaigns
- Directing quality checks/processes on all marketing output, including website content, brochures, and POP/POS
**WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE**:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager position
- In-depth knowledge of fundamental marketing principles
- Professional communicator with strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Excellent written abilities
- Excels in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Motivated and driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks
