**Children's Social Care Business Support Co-ordinator**

Do you want to support us to help families to keep children safe? Are you looking to make a real difference? Have you got good managerial and administrative skills?

**In this role you will**:

- Be responsible for line management including inductions, absence and performance management.
- Ensure work is completed to set deadlines.
- Take the lead in delivering effective and efficient office and information systems.
- Monitor and maintain a range of financial and budget information.
- Co-ordinate the provision of data and information.
- Oversee the delivery of a high standard of customer service.

**We need you to have**:

- Experience in leading and managing a high performing team.
- Experience of designing, introducing and revising office systems and processes.
- Good organisational skills and be able to work on own initiative.
- Be a flexible team player, able to work at pace with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative to respond to unanticipated problems.
- Knowledge and experience of using computer packages and internal systems.
- Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulations.

Monday to Friday(8:30 to 17:00)
