Purpose: To support the wholesale dept with the management of key wholesale partners for the UK and Ireland business. Reporting to, and working closely with the Sales Director, they will support internal wholesale operations and the sales order processes, with particular focus on our direct despatch partners and our larger national accounts. Key areas for this role include administration support with inputting orders, liaising with brand partners externally, assisting with the logistics teams in our German HQ and London, and ultimately leading the process from point of order through to delivery to the wholesale customer in a smooth and efficient manner.

This is a new and exciting role within a leading global jewellery company, working side by side with the Sales Director, and wider UK wholesale and logistics team. The responsibilities will likely evolve over time as the dept grows. The role requires excellent organisational skills, advanced excel proficiency, and strong communication. Basic understanding of written German would be advantageous but not essential.

**Core responsibilities**:
**In house sales**:

- Management of day to day operations supporting Sales Director.
- Collaboration with the wholesale partner to drive selling.
- Production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on wholesale partners sell out.
- Participation in weekly team meetings.
- Provision of accounting with information needed for invoicing.
- Support with upload of images and enrichment data for online pureplayers.
- Responsibility for providing the best customer service and take actions to develop an efficient collaboration with the wholesale partner to drive selling.

**Logistics/operations**:

- Management of the bookings process including product data, PO’s, delivery schedule and booking in schedule.
- Supervision of the returns process from wholesale partners.
- Monitoring of daily shipment review, orders, changes in distribution and deliveries for each account to secure and ensure timely fulfilment of all orders.
- Maintenance of the wholesale window timeline to ensure all stores receive correct stock by style/unit level.
- Responsibility for overseeing all pre-shipping requirements from vendors.
- Provision of quick and professional response to queries from wholesales partners and the wholesale team.
- Point of contact on day-to-day basis for wholesale partners for delivery and order queries.
- Attendance of regular trade calls with wholesale partners and their distribution centres teams to receive logistics updates.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Advanced proficiency with using Excel, knowledge including V Lookups and Pivot tables.
- Confidence with data analysis, understanding of sell-through analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with internal computer systems - ideally SAP (not essential)
