We are looking for a **Water Operations Coordinator** who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.

**As the Water Operations Coordinator your key responsibilities are**
- Schedule technicians’ appointments
- File and close completed jobs on the system
- Update and maintain the database
- Process Water and Drainage reports
- Monitor water meter updates
- General administrative duties

**About you**
- Proven experience of carrying out administrative tasks
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Ability to deliver high customer service
- Competent in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Advantageous if you can read site plans and maps
