As a Support Worker working for this company, you will be working in a children's home in St Helens. You will be responsible for providing care and support to children and young people who may have experienced trauma or difficulty in their lives. You will work to create a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow and thrive in, whilst also assisting them in building skills and achieving their goals.

**Main duties**:

- To provide support and guidance to the young people
- Prioritise the needs of the young people and establish a positive relationship with them
- To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
- To work effectively as a team and ensure smooth day to day running of the home
- Be flexible with shift patterns and have ability to do sleep-ins

- A full clean UK driving licence
