Tree Top View is a residential home for adults aged 18 plus, who have complex needs including autism, learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours. The home is situated in Leyland near Preston and consists of a detached house within its own grounds and a separate annexe. The accommodation allows adults to both enjoy the advantages of communal living but to also practice independence skills within their own quiet space.

We at Priory group are seeking to recruit a Housekeeper based at our site at Tree Top View just outside of Leyland. Tree Top View provides residential care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that are challenging.

Are you able to deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the home in line with operational standards and ensure that work process comply with statutory regulations?

identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations. The role involves planning and delivering a comprehensive cleaning schedule and undertakes routine housekeeping audits as required.

Uses and stores cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations, ensuring that all cleaning and laundry equipment and products are used and stored safely.

Takes responsibility for a safe working environment for self, colleagues, visitors and the people who use the service.

Carries out stock takes and orders cleaning/laundry materials from approved suppliers, within the agreed budget. the role holder will be expected to undergo training for COSHH as well as partake in Priory's mandatory training.
