We are looking for a Head Housekeeper to come and join our friendly team at Samlesbury Hotel.

At our company, we value cleanliness and exceptional service. As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our establishment. If you have a passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent management skills, we invite you to join our team.
- **Please note: this position is hand on position and will require you to support the team with servicing rooms on a daily basis.**_

**Expectations**
- Consistently deliver a first-class cleaning standard
- Motivate the Housekeeping team to exceed client expectations
- Manage productivity, Supervisory hours and weekly budgets
- Proactive maintenance reporting
- Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotels brand standards
- Health & Safety management.

**Experience**
- Housekeeping experience in a Hotel setting at Supervisor level or above
- Excellent people management skills
- A welcoming, friendly and outgoing manner and with the passion and ambition to develop and motivate your team
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrating high levels of quality
- A hands-on approach is needed - to support the housekeeping team
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.
