**Position: Project Estimator - Flooring and Painting**

**Key Responsibilities**:As our Project Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Accurate Cost Estimation**: Utilize your expertise to provide precise and detailed cost estimates for flooring and painting projects, considering materials, labor, and associated expenses.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery of materials.
- **Project Collaboration**: Collaborate with project managers and design teams to understand project requirements and contribute valuable insights to enhance project feasibility.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- **Budget Adherence**: Monitor and track project costs against estimates, identifying and addressing any variations promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in flooring and painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and industry trends.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
