We are looking for you to join our well-established team of Administrators, on a part-time, permanent contract. We are looking for someone with customer service experience, who is used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment and has a proactive approach, an eye for detail, with multitasking skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service to all our service users.

This role will include front line tasks such as answering and dealing with telephone enquiries, from families and professionals, providing a good quality face to face service and supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks, such as booking appointments, organising meetings and formatting correspondence.

You will be expected to use and maintain the in-house IT Systems, such as our electronic patient care records. There maybe an expectation to support a clinic with administration duties such as minute taking.

The Swindon CAMHS service is based in the Old Town area of Swindon, offering community and outpatient facilities. We are a friendly team who work with young people under the age of 18 years old, and their families, who are experiencing mental health illness. We will offer you wellbeing support, supervision, training and the opportunity for personal development.

You must be computer literate and demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent organisational and communication skills. Previous office/reception experience would be desirable, however excellent customer service is essential.
