Mdt Co-ordinator

The Cancer Services Team at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust has a vacancy for a Band 3 progressing to Band 4 Multi-Disciplinary Team Co-ordinator (MDTC) to work with our existing team of MDT Co-ordinators within various tumour sites within the Trust. This post is extremely varied, working across many departments within the hospital environment, and requires excellent communication skills with clinical, managerial and administrative staff. Note that there is mínimal patient contact in this role.
Attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability are required for this post, as well as a high level of competence in IT, the ability to remain calm in a challenging environment.
This post is full time, working the contracted hours over 5 days a week. Flexibility is essential due to the necessity to meet the demands of our MDT teams. Full training and supervision will be provided.
