Finance Administrator

This is an on-going Temporary contract opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator. The role holder will be required to process invoices and pay suppliers in a collaborative team. Expected to have acquired a level of technical competence through previous work experience and/or external qualifications, relevant to the scope of the role, to ensure delivery of successful process outcomes, with limited need for day-to-day supervision or management.

Responsibilities include:

- To cover all aspects of the AP role for both restricted and unrestricted data
- To maintain current PPC results. Justification for UK based Suppliers provide goods and/or services for both restricted and unrestricted accounts
- Process invoices VIM Workplace
- ASKFinance (queries from suppliers/ business units)
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Month End tasks Lodz Resource (Unrestricted data)
- Process invoices VIM Workplace current agreed rate of 90 per day between 1.5 resources.

Experience/Skills required:
Accounts Payable experience

SAP knowledge

Attention to detail

Microsoft packages excel etc.

Positive can do attitude

Team player

Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
