This is an **excellent opportunity** to join our highly regarded **Student** **Letting Agent **in central Lancaster. We are looking to recruit a **Lettings Administrator** to join our growing team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently and as part of small growing team. You will be required to maintain a high quality of service at all times. We are looking for a mature individual who will **hit the ground running** and **make this role their own.**

Previous experience within Lettings is not essential but experience in administration, customer service and IT is preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

- Advertising property listings and arranging photographs
- Managing a portfolio of properties including routine inspections
- Answering calls and dealing with general enquiries
- Arranging and assisting with Tenants checking in and out of properties
- Processing contractor invoices
- Handling contractor payments
- Inspection reports
- Building Maintenance reports including regular onsite checks
- Arranging and dealing with contractors regarding maintenance works
- Bank reconciliations
- Deposit reconciliation
- Refunding deposits

Personal specification:

- Strong IT skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work alone and with the team.

The role is set days between Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.00pm. (Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview)

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Lancaster, LA1 1YD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
