We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Payroll Administrator working within the HR function. You must have had experience of processing SAGE payroll.

You will be responsible for ensuring complete accuracy in relation to processing weekly/monthly payrolls across the organisation.

The role will include:
Accurate preparation and processing of weekly/monthly payrolls ensuring all payment deadlines are met accordingly

Ensure the correct legislative and contractual deductions are processed from weekly/monthly wages.

Communicate regularly with employees to understand and resolve any payroll queries

Processing new starters and leavers

Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, coding notices and P45s.

Online filing of all relevant HMRC forms

management of the pension system.

40% workload

Working alongside the HR function.

completing holiday /absence data

maintaining HR files paper and electronic

Full training will be provided for the HR component.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you meet the below criteria:
Must have SAGE payroll experience, end-to-end.

Ability to meet deadlines and objectives

Strong attention to detail skills

Excellent communication skills

Job type: full time
