Outreach Enabler

**Experienced Outreach Enabler Required for Okehampton Area**

**Permanent Position**
- Part-time - 21 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
- Day hours.
- Pay Rate: £11.00 per hour + 45p mileage allowance, travel time paid at full hourly rate.
- Travelling to client's homes to enable and support them to achieve everyday activities.
- No personal care involved.

Essential Requirement: car owner with full driving licence and hold business insurance.
