We have a full-time vacancy for a Facilities Administrator working from our Gateshead Office based on Team Valley, Gateshead. The role will be spread over 5 days working Monday - Friday between 0830 - 1700 hours.

**Role Brief**

Reporting to the Facilities & Procurement Manager your main role will be as follows:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide a first point of contact for facilities issues raised across the company.
- Liaise with external approved sub-contractors to have repair work carried out in a timely & cost effective manner reporting areas of concern to the Facilities & Procurement Manager.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, pest control and general landscaping activities.
- Ensure inspections are completed to meet all legislative requirements for health and safety compliance, including upkeep of relevant logbooks and maintenance schedule for systems such as HVAC, PAT, Fire Extinguishers
- Mobile Phone Management - day to day issuing of new and replacement devices.
- Ensure all office locations are adequately stocked with items needed by the business to operate.
- Internal Monitoring of our Assets Mailbox and following up requests from colleagues.
- Provision of general support to the Facilities & Procurement Manager
- High level of Computer literacy, training will be given on any company specific software packages
- Excellent organisational & Time Management Skills.
- Enthusiastic & Proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
