This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join a prestigious property company in Leeds City Centre.

Salary - £27,000

Hybrid - 1 day WFH

The role of the Team Administrator will be varied but duties will include:

- Assisting in the creation of professional presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint
- Liaising with the team and collating time sheets/expenses/forms/invoices, ensuring these are processed
- Arranging overseas and regional travel and hotel arrangements via online agent
- Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video/conference facilities, refreshments, restaurants, taxis etc. and liaising with internal and external meeting attendees
- Occasional taking of minutes/records of meetings etc.
- Maintaining an electronic filing system
- Liaising with clients, contacts and other staff
- Proof reading work documents
- Understanding the necessity for confidentiality when dealing with client and staff issues
- Building and maintaining good relationships with Clients and their secretaries
- Be an experienced Administrator
- Have good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office
- Be proactive and organised with a high attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise own workload with mínimal supervision.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to act on own initiative.
- Have a friendly, polite and helpful manner.
- Be a team player with a flexible "can do" attitude
