**We make communities more resilient through smarter asset management.**

Our Asset Management Team has a significant track record of successful delivery across the Water, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. We support our clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets. We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with their teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively and to make systems-based, informed and timely decisions

Our success in supporting many of the UK’s main utility providers and major infrastructure developers, brings continued opportunities for growth across the group. As part of our team’s overall growth we are looking to recruit a **Principal Asset Management Consultant** into either our **Edinburgh** or **Glasgow** offices.

As a Principal Asset Management Consultant, you will develop and deliver innovative system-based Asset Management solutions throughout the entire Asset Lifecycle to enable our clients to solve their most complex problems. You will support our Operations and Technical Directors with the development, and delivery of programmes, projects and technical output.

You will provide technical expertise to projects, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients. Externally you will build relationships with clients and develop opportunities to provide strategic asset management consultancy services.

**About You.**

You will have experience of working in a senior asset management role within regulated sectors such as water, energy or infrastructure, and have a track record of generating solutions to complex industry problems, either within a consultancy or end-client environment.

You will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of asset management policy and strategy and have experience of assessing and managing asset management risks, life-cycle decision-making and developing asset management plans.

You will have a track record of developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be able to share your experience by developing and mentoring talented individuals within our teams.

We have the infrastructure to provide the flexibility, support, and work-life balance that you need. We offer a great benefits package including flexible working arrangements, private medical insurance, a strong pension scheme and a people-oriented company culture. If you are looking for a chance to further develop your career within a highly supporting organisation, delivering exceptional solutions for Clients, then we want to hear from you. \#ukwater
