**_ What you’ll be doing_**

You’ll be part of a team responsible for the storage and distribution of Central Stores materials, which in turn supports our Network Stores and operational delivery teams.

There’s a variety of day-to-day activities to complete in order to support stakeholders and the supply chain, including stock control, store keeping and assisting contractors with fittings and parts and also supporting other Network stores in Rickmansworth, Essendon and Egham where required.

Travelling from place to place couldn't be easier as you'll be given a company van to drive to and from stores according to your schedule. You must have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel.

**_ What you’ll need_**

Experience in stock control environments and knowledge of materials such as service pipe fittings is beneficial, but not required as full training will be provided. You’ll have experience operating forklifts and hold the certified licences.

As this role involves a lot of independent working, you’ll be a self-starter who can manage your own workload and prioritise tasks effectively. You’ll have a good level of IT literacy to record stock levels on our internal inventory management system.

As the service you'll provide is essential to the customer, you'll be comfortable participating in a standby rota to ensure someone's always on call if there's an issue. It's all part of your outstanding service.

- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (Salary based on experience)
- 1 in 4 standby: £7,936 ( Effective 1 month after initial training)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 - 16:00 and Fri 8:00 - 15:30
