DMOS People are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our head office team, Working closely with HR, the Payroll Administrator will provide a full payroll and facilities service to the DMOS Group.

- 1-2 years’ experience in payroll or administration

- Proficient in MS Office

**Daily Responsibilities...**
- To provide a full weekly payroll and facilities service to the Head Office of DM Recruitment, ensuring all administration and payroll tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- To carry out all relevant Payroll and HR administration, as required by the HR and Compliance Officer
- To assist on collating and processing of the weekly payroll with an external payroll service provider, processing new starter and leaver information, P45s, P60s and P11Ds and pension auto-enrolment, liaising with HMRC as required
- To undertake Sage 50 training, to assist in the implementation of a new payrolling system.
- To update and input to third party payrolling systems for clients
- To maintain office filing systems, filing and archiving documents as required
- To be the main point of contact for the team for all payroll queries and ensure these are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- To ensure that all DMOS processes meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards, and assisting the HR and Compliance Officer in all compliance and health and safety related issues as required
- To deal with telephone inquiries when required, ensuring they are dealt with professionally and efficiently
- To undertake any other duties as required to assist in the day to day running of DMOS People.
- To act as an ambassador for DMOS People and ensure compliance with the company’s ethical approach in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and all other key stakeholders, demonstrating DMR’s core values.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Shrewsbury, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
