As a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo, you'll spearhead intricate initiatives with far-reaching impacts across various business functions and technology teams. Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in crafting and implementing business solutions that resonate company-wide. Dive deep into complex business challenges, providing expert insights and driving meticulous research to deliver efficient and precise technological solutions. Your role will entail not only leading project documentation and management but also fostering seamless communication and collaboration between business and technology realms.

We're seeking individuals with a wealth of experience in Business Systems Data and Design, coupled with a strong understanding of Capital Markets and Commercial banking products. Your track record should include successfully managing large-scale data migrations and setting rigorous standards for data quality. Proficiency in implementing workflow solutions and expertise in SQL or Python for data analysis will be key assets in this role.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- In Depth understanding of Capital Markets and Commercial banking products
- Experiencing managing large scale Client, Account and SSI data migrations
- Experience defining requirements and setting standards for Data Quality
- Experience implementing workflow solutions such as Pega, RHPAM, Camunda or other BPM tools
- Expertise in SQL or Python for data analysis
