Warranty Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to join our team at Kentdale JLR.
As a Warranty Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Ensuring all administrative functions within the warranty and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the line manager to review warranty reporting systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Administering warranty policies in alignment with the interests of the retailer, manufacturer, and customer.
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
- Overseeing frontline staff and technicians to ensure proper documentation when diagnosing warranty issues on vehicles, emphasising safety protocols.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleagues, specialist repairers, and representatives from manufacturers.
- Providing timely communication to relevant staff regarding upcoming recall campaigns and any changes in warranty, goodwill, or repair procedures.
- Upholding comprehensive knowledge of all warranty and Health & Safety procedures and documentation.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Advanced understanding of computer systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and auditing processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Prior experience within the motor trade would be advantageous (not essential), particularly in roles involving warranty and health & safety administration.
Desirable qualifications include prior experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating competence in handling warranty and health & safety procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
