We are looking for a full time Administrator to join our Practice Support team based in our Worthing office. This is a varied role that involves a combination of administration support, processing our internal and external post and reception cover.

**What the role would include**:
**Administration Support**:

- Assisting the team by organising diaries, partners expenses, booking meetings and general day to day support as required
- Providing company secretarial work for specific partners
- Providing support regarding billing and printing reports
- Producing standard letters and new client forms
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post as necessary
- Providing support to practice director in connection with Tax Investigation Enquiry Scheme
- Assisting with admin matters, such as photocopying/ scanning, collating, binding, and filing

**Processing incoming post**
- Working 5 mornings a week processing incoming post, by scanning and coding the documents and distributing them to the fee earners.
- Filing of scanned documents to the fee earners files
- Ensuring we stay GDPR compliant regarding the retention of documents
- Post collections from the various departments in the Worthing office

**Reception**
- Cover holiday and sickness for the reception team
- Meeting and greeting clients with a warm welcome
- Answering the phone in a warm, confident and happy manner
- Diary management of the meeting rooms
- Ensuring all post, parcels are accurately processed in a timely manner

**Skills required**:

- Accurate written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and approachable manner
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Organised
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A genuine passion to deliver a high level of customer service
- Maintain confidentiality
