Our Evaluation and Impact team enable best practise evaluation to empower Alzheimer’s Society to inform the continual improvement of our activities to ensure we make the best difference we can for people affected by dementia.
This is an exciting time for the Evaluation and Impact team, as we launch the Society’s Impact Framework which will help us prove and improve our progress throughout our Help and Hope strategy. You will deliver vital work to ensure that the Evaluation and Impactteam are best able to support Alzheimer’s Society to be evidence informed and to continually improve. You will support the Evaluation and Impact team in the development and implementation of evaluation and impact measures programme with direction from theSenior Evaluation and Impact Manager.
In addition, you will produce project plans for the evaluation of the Society's core activities including working with our people and people affected by dementia to agree appropriate methodology and data collection tools. You will use your expertise to provideadvice and guidance on social research and evaluation methodology and independently facilitate evaluation training workshops and webinars and update evaluation training content and materials as required.
This is a homeworking role, but you will be required to travel to attend some meetings and team-days, so you must reside in the UK, have the correct right to work documents to work in the UK and be comfortable/willing to travel to our flagship offices (Londonor Birmingham) if/when required.

You will have:
- Experience of working in research and/or evaluation
- Project management skills, including managing multiple projects
- Confidence and ability to present project plans and evaluation outcomes to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to write reports, blogs and articles for different audiences

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written [essential]
- Strong interpersonal and interpretation skills will allow you to have open jargon-free conversations with the business.
- Highly organised and can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues when there are deadlines, and who knows when to ask for help themselves.
- Ability to collaboratively, develop strong relationships and influence to ensure effective fit for purpose business solutions.
