A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Logistics Design Planner to join a growing construction consultancy based in Harrow.

Bridgehead Consultancy provides specialist construction consultancy services which support organisations with improved methods of working. Moving away from traditional procurement and delivery methods the industry is evolving and adapting to news ways of planning and delivery that encompass bespoke delivery pathways, early procurement of key works packages, direct delivery and construction management. Bridgehead Consultancy is a part of Munnelly Group.

**Job Purpose**:
To own, create and keep updated the planning logistics drawings, documents and keep clients supplied in a timely manner on various exciting projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards
- Create various drawings such as logistics plans and traffic management plans
- Carry out work using AutoCAD and Illustrator
- To achieve targets and job standards set out by your manager and the team
- To be effective and efficient in communication between the team, other various stakeholders and clients
- To fulfil training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and to assist in your personal development
- To complete all documentation and paperwork to a desired standard in a timely manner
- To highlight any issues or concerns immediately
- To keep all planning documents up to date in an orderly manner
- Ensure the demand of requests are completed in a timely manner
- To create and keep all master documents updated
- Visit site as and when required
- Confidently communicate with clients

**Person Specification**:

- Have a background in construction and logistics planning
- Able to use AutoCAD, Word, PowerPoint and Illustrator effectively
- Self-manage and take pride in work
- Ability to understand and work within company guidelines as set out in group policies
- Can demonstrate attention to detail
- Be able to identify and suggest improvements
- Willingness to learn and train in other areas
- To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
