Air Charter Service are the global leader in aircraft chartering, working across cargo, commercial and private aircraft.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who is looking to join a team that are passionate about creating quality content for our global network of offices. If this sounds like you please read on:
**Job Description**:

- Managing the marketing content creation processes and liaising with the wider marketing team and external copywriters.
- Supporting the marketing team on wider business content requirements
- Take a lead in updating the internal intranet
- keeping it up to date with exciting content.
- Content asset management
- Act as the main point of contact for the international marketing managers to support their localized content requirements.
- Ensuring all imagery/video has corresponding usage documentation and contracts to ensure legal compliance.
- Helping organise photo/video shoot including liasing with suppliers, freelancers and our in-house legal team.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organisational/project management skills
- Great communication skills and the ability to work within a team
- Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent written English
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
- Flexible, calm under pressure, and has a can-do attitude
