**£27,400 per annum** **(unqualified) based on 6 sleeps per month**. (Salary: Starting unqualified at £22,000 per annum plus £75 per sleep in)

**Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (20 hours) per week contract**
- **Shift work - working a two week rolling rota -**_

We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to look after children and young people in our care homes the North West of Lancashire
- **Experience & Requirements**_
- Full Drivers licence
- A good sense of humour, initiative, integrity & honesty
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a good team worker
- Knowledge and understanding of children, young people, and their needs
- A commitment to a home which provides support to vulnerable individuals and respects the individual's needs and wishes
- Strong resilience and understanding of young people’s behaviours and complexities
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) needed for all aspects of the role
- Commitment to training and development
- Flexible and innovative approach to working
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
