This role will be based on a **Zero Hours Contract**, starting at £12.50 per hour. We are a seasonal business, wedding season typically being March-November, with December-February being extremely quiet months.

**This position therefore wouldn’t be suitable for someone who would be reliant on this job to provide them with financial stability of a steady income every month of the year.**
- Must be physically able with a reasonable fitness level, as this role requires a lot of manual lifting of our stock, some of which can quite heavy.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with use of a vehicle.
- Has the legal right to work in the UK.
- Available to work on a part-time ad-hoc basis, as and when required, as described above.
- with good time keeping.
- Hard worker and self-starter who’s confident to use their own initiative.
- Enthusiastic person that’s happy to take direction and get stuck into every task.
- Be polite, personable and a team player.
- Takes pride in what they do and has attention to detail.

**Assist in the preparation for Weddings**
- Cleaning of stock after use and storing correctly in stock room in preparation for next use.
- Organising of the stock rooms to ensure they are kept tidy, that stock is stored properly and in the correct places.
- Assisting with the preparation of stock to be used at weddings.
- Loading the van with the required stock.

**Assist in the Setup of Weddings: Carrying out tasks as required at weddings**
- Unloading the van of stock into the venue. This frequently involves lifting heavy items such as stacks of chairs, props and various sizes/weights of boxes.
- Chair styling, cleaning chairs, and assisting with all aspects of venue styling such as ceremony décor, table décor, props & accessories.
- Assist when required with the turnaround of the venue from ceremony to reception.

**Additional Requirements**
- Occasionally doing the stock pack up/collections from venues the day after the wedding.
- Occasionally assist at wedding exhibitions and studio open days.
- Client Focussed: Understand the importance of client relationships, client satisfaction, client confidentiality and deliver professional and quality customer service at all times.
- Understand the importance of maintaining excellent relationships with the venues in which we work.
- Practice safe manual handling.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
