**Job Title**: Support Administrator
**Location**:Central Brighton
**Salary**:£20,000 - £24,000 per annum
**Full Time**:Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
Our client, based in Brighton, is a leading national business advisory firm.
They are looking to hire a Support Administrator for their Brighton office; the role is undertaking administrative duties to support meeting statutory and other regulatory duties for cases allotted to the team and to conclude cases in a professional, effectiveand timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
- General administration
- Taking telephone messages
- Making telephone calls to creditors and HM Revenue & Customs to obtain information (ie bank details or relevant dates etc)
- Diarising actions required including using IPS system
- Photocopying and actioning mailouts
- Circulation of reports by post and uploading on the portal and Companies House
- Updating internal systems (Insolvency Practitioners System [IPS] etc)
- Printing and scanning documents for filing electronically and/or physical files
- Taking delivery of boxes containing physical files and organising the files in storage cabinets
- Control of records and managing storage of records, including box handling
- Preparation of closing packs
- Interrogation of systems (IPS/Practice Engine/Companies House/Google) in order assist team members
- Preparation of correspondence
- Preparation of insolvency documentation including reports and tax returns
- Review of files and assisting in preparing for distributions
