**Role**: Home Team Assistant

**Location**: London, England, United Kingdom (Onsite)

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Home Team Assistant must be a super organised front-of-house wiz who's quick to pick up new skills and learn new processes. As a front of house, you'll be the face of the company, so you'll need to be well presented, personable and be able to keep calm under pressure.

**THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...**
- You are super proactive
- You do not shy away from getting stuck into whatever task is presented to you.
- You are tech-savvy, as you will be required to carry out additional IT duties

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Welcoming visitors and employees
- Creating and revoking access for multiple offices
- Organising events and socials
- Answering calls
- Hospitality
- Diary management
- Monitoring and updating files and records
- Raising PO's
- Sorting and scanning post
- Keeping multiple offices stocked up with groceries, stationery
