Caretaker - Non Resident

**What's involved with this role:
**Job Ref: Camden RQ1258161
As an experienced Caretaker, you will be able to carry out general caretaking duties including Site Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Cleaning task, Customer Service while also being able to work using own initiative.

Fully participate in cover arrangements within the caretaking team to ensure proper accessibility to services for tenants and to provide mutual support for priority tasks, e.g. seasonal work, racist graffiti and emergency situations. Maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies.

**If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised.
