**Hours of work: Part time 18.75 hours P/W**

**Job type: Permanent**

**Band 3: £21730.00-£23177.00 DOE**

As part of our HR Services Team here at Locala, you will be involved in some essential support functions, from processing contract changes, compliance monitoring to pay queries. We are looking for applicants who are customer focused with a great eye for detail and eager for a rewarding challenge.

This is an exciting time for you to join our team which will give you an opportunity to work across a larger HR function in the future, working days and hours to be confirmed with successful applicant before start date.

**What you’ll do**
- Deliver a timely, accurate and customer focused service to applicants, employees, and managers
- Respond to all enquiries from managers, staff and general public in a helpful and diplomatic manner, returning phone calls promptly. Compliance checks with DBS/Professional registration checks
- Provide a Human Resources operational administration service to Locala in an accurate, efficient and timely manner whilst demonstrating initiative and delivering high level customer service.
- Provide advice and guidance across Locala to support colleagues with queries relating and not exhaustive to Mandatory training, E learning, expenses, timesheets, selected payroll queries and Recruitment processes, Policies, pensions and benefits.

**What we’re looking for**
- The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Ability to refocus and reprioritise workload in light of frequent interruptions to work pattern.
- Cross functional departmental relationships and knowledge depth is required to underpin resolutions/Service Level agreements
- This is a role where efficiency and accuracy are key, ensuring that deadlines and corporate standards are achieved.
- Strong numerical and data processing skills.
- Computer literate, use of Microsoft Package, Oracle, Java Script amongst others.
