Role is to ensure customers’ needs are met at night but more importantly they are safe within the hotel while during their stay, so a level head good communicator is key The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve. - Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service - Guest relations - Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health safety duties e.g. first aid - Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests - Supervising the Nights porter - Food & Beverage service at night - Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard - Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
