This opportunity is for a **motivated**, passionate and dynamic individual** to work alongside colleagues to guide and support our residents in their journey through their Homelessness Pathway on the Isle of Wight. The role is based in our 17 bed multi-agency assessment hub in Newport, Isle of Wight.

The post covers our brand-new 17 bed Assessment Hub on the Isle of Wight. You will work within the Assessment Hub, developing this new service into a multi-agency hub supporting residents to progress through the new homelessness pathway on the Isle of Wight.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role is **rewarding, inspirational and key** to achieving successful outcomes for our clients. As a motivated and dynamic Night Assistant Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting with delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address clients support needs, enable them to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. Working night time hours and working alongside the Night Concierge you will also complete day to day activities including administration tasks and reception duties to support the successful operation of the Hub. You will work on a rolling rota of four nights on/four nights off.
- A positive attitude and motivation towards supporting our residents
- Good customer service, record keeping and time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
- The initiative towards problem solving which helps benefit colleagues and clients
- Good verbal and written communication skills
