**Resource Planner**:

- Circa £40,000 depending on experience + up to 17.5% annual bonus potential + benefits

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced real time Resource Planner to join us on a permanent basis to manage the delivery of effective scheduling, forecasting and MI solutions for our Motor Claims teams. Working with service centre colleagues, NFU Mutual departments and preferred suppliers you will play a vital part in ensuring effective operational planning and the delivery of objectives.

As Resource Planner you will collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure where possible, schedules and shifts have flexibility to favour a good work/life balance and maximise employee engagement whilst maintaining optimum service levels. You will provide insight into capacity management and take tactical remedial action, partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver SLA’s on time. You will undertake ‘on the day analysis’ of resource and make proactive decisions to ensure performance shortfalls are understood and managed and market leading customer experience is maintained. You will collate, analyse, interpret, and distribute MI to your stakeholders to provide long term forecasting to identify and service improvements.

**You will also have access to training and support from The Forum, if this is something you are already undertaking this can be carried over.**

**About you**:
Experience in a real time resource planning role is essential as is significant experience of using workforce and telephone planning systems and technologies. You will have worked within a customer focussed, operational environment, ideally a high call volume environment with both inbound and outbound calls. Data analysis, interpretation and deployment skills are key, and you must possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
