Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking to hire a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) for our clinic in Milton Keynes. If you are a team player who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others improve their health in a natural and holistic way, we would love to have you join our team

This role requires someone who can work Saturdays from about 7:30am-2:30pm and has the flexibility to cover occasional days during the week when other team members take holiday or sick leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients to the clinic in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Ensuring paperwork is completed by clients.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records via our online portal.
- Providing assistance to chiropractors when needed.
- Processing payments and the end of day cashing up routine.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the clinic, including some light cleaning duties.
- Providing a confidential, efficient, and friendly service to our clients.
- Opening the clinic at the start of day and locking up at the end of day.
- Attending team meetings twice per year - some travel required for this. Dates of meetings will be communicated in advance.

**Skills (Essential)**:

- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate integrity and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in both record keeping and timekeeping.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
