Chiropractic Assistant

You will be one of the faces of our practice in Milton Keynes, working alongside our chiropractors. Your role will be to provide patients with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, whether in person or on the phone.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming patients in clinic in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Ensuring paperwork is completed by patients.
- Managing the appointments diary using our online portal.
- Processing payments and the end of day cashing up routines.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the clinic, including some light cleaning duties.
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner and responding to messages.
- Provide a confidential, efficient, and friendly service to our patients.
- Opening the clinic at the start of day and locking up at the end of day.
- Attendance at twice yearly team meetings - some travel required for this.
- Dates of meetings will be communicated well in advance.

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Good IT skills

**Desirable Skills**
- Passionate about health and being the best version of yourself - would suit someone looking to start a career in chiropractic
- Previous work experience is preferred and 2 references are required.

**Location**

Wolverton, Milton Keynes

**Hours**

We are currently open Monday through Saturday and are looking for someone to cover our Saturday shift every week from 7:30-3pm. The clinic is open from 8am-2pm, so we need you to start 30 minutes prior to opening and finish about 1 hour after the end of the shift for light cleaning duties. There may be potential to take on more hours during the week.

Part-time hours: 7.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
