**Customer Logistics Executive**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Customer order processing, to check stock availability to meet order demands and to try to reduce potential shortages
- Ensure Customer Service is maintained to the highest level
- Collaborate with the business and customers to improve service
- Maintain CSL reporting (Customer Service Level)
- Process orders to meet internal and external Transport movements, including; Customer sales orders, Internal stock movements and 3rd Party supplier collections
- Carrier selection based on both best service and optimum cost

**Working method**:Independent, team-oriented and structured work

**Experiences and know-how**:Several years’ experience in a Customer Services role, ideally dealing within the retail market, is desirable. Experience in dealing with ERP IT systems would be advantageous and sound MS Office knowledge

The customer Logistics Executive will be part of a rota with occasional weekend cover.
