**The Role**

To be an advocate of the Connect2Surrey brand, maintain our relationship with Surrey County Council and our shareholders through developing an understanding of their needs and delivering excellent customer service through fit for purpose recruitment solutions.

To support the management of our brand by managing a team of Qualified and Unqualified Social Care Talent Partners and a Customer Service Resourcer Administrator while maintaining delivery of service and direct fill targets of your own.

**Key Duties**
- Develop strategies to motivate the team to increase revenue through increased direct fill.
- Continuous review and evolution of the team’s processes to meet the demands of the service clients/hiring managers.
- Assist in setting team key performance targets, monitor and report on KPIs for your team.
- Ensure your team achieves its targets in line with business objectives by developing and implementing a three-month rolling plan that plays to the strengths and opportunities of your market, our business and the team.
- Ensure delivery of the business units financial objectives. Being aware of, and reporting on, performance of individual desks and the business unit, as a whole, on a weekly or monthly basis as required.
- Ensure relationships with clients are developed and supported by up-to-date knowledge of your specialist sector and being aware of, and planning for, seasonal demand for staffing.
- Liaise with the hiring managers about their recruitment needs, discussing challenges the job may bring, detailed job descriptions and any further information that may help with the recruit. Manage hiring manager expectations by flagging potential issues with their recruitment and working with them to find a resolution.
- Coach and develop staff as needed, addressing areas of under performance in line with company policies and procedures.
- Deputising for the Business Manager in their absence.

- Compliance with internal processes relating to people management (recruitment, changes etc.)
- Creating a healthy and safe environment by complying with managerial responsibilities such as risk assessments, accident reporting and absence management
- Seeking feedback from your team on your management techniques and adapting your approach to suit their needs
