JHR have partnered with a wealth management firm who are looking for a financial administrator to join the team based in Leeds. Within this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and working closely alongside the directorsand head of operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- On boarding new clients to the business, ensuring the new client file is fully compliant
- Adding new client information to the in-house back office system
- Checking that all compliance paperwork and anti-money laundering procedures have been satisfied and recorded
- Prepare cost and charges disclosure documents
- Processing new business and associated service case workflows to track through to issue and investment
- Ensure all client files are correctly formatted, tidy and contain all appropriate information/documentation
- Provide general office administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, post & franking

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

- Office based administrative experience
- Financial services experience (desirable)
- Good knowledge of the full Microsoft package
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and hard working
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, at Grade C or above

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £25,000- £28,000

Location: Leeds City Centre, office based (hybrid working introduced after probation)
