Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing of incoming raw materials and outgoing products, addressing non-conformances while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Provide proactive and reactive technical support to the production team for optimal process efficiency.
- Develop and implement Technical Projects to enhance process performance and contribute to Net Zero targets.
- Effectively communicate information for decision-making and problem-solving for internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participate in cross-functional improvement teams, collaborating with manufacturing to enhance yields and efficiencies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Critique and provide feedback on batches of materials from colour and print suppliers.
- Carry out administrative tasks to support the Quality & Technical Team.
