Transport Administrator

We are working on behalf of our client based in Runcorn who are looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team.
- Hours - 40 hours per week
- Pay - £11.25 per hour DAYS, £13.69 per hour NIGHTS, and Overtime £16.88 per hour
- Shift - Rota can include 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am - Monday to Friday
- Overtime Available

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Briefing & debriefing drivers
- Transport compliance
- Telephone communication with internal and external customers, using systems and updating where applicable
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: £11.25-£16.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
