**Returns Processor - Warehouse**

Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our team reporting into the Returns Manager.

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday to Friday 10am-6pm.
Designated day off in the week to work every Saturday 9-5 and Sundays off.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
To carry out the unpacking of all items returned by customers & to quality check the items when opened. To ensure the paperwork for each return is sorted to be processed through the system. The key responsibilities are as follows:
1. To take delivery of returned parcels and open each one.

2. To quality check every returned garment.

3. To steam, fold and repackage returned garments to a high standard for resale.

4. To ensure the items are returned and scanned away in the correct location in the warehouse.

5. To collate the returns paperwork and categorise for processing.

6. To complete duties within the warehouse operative role when required.

7. You may also be required to process paperwork which involves processing refunds and setting up exchanges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
