An opportunity has arisen to join a growing family run business based in Minforrdd, North Wales. The successful employee will become part of an evolving company during an exciting time of growth. You will be joining a passionate supply chain team who pride themselves on delivering a consistently exceptional service to internal stakeholders and customers.

Reporting to the Operations Planning Manager, duties will include:

- Processing orders onto a planning sheet
- Planning what ingredients is required for production
- Planning deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
- Determine and analyse stock figures and tonnage to minimise waste
- Assisting the Production Manager in the production schedule
- Ensuring enough resources are available for all areas of the business
- Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding orders
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Prioritising data for export documentation
- Creating forecasts for suppliers
- Liaising with our sister site at Nantwich, Cheshire in terms of managing stock

Experience required for the role:

- Must have STRONG Excel skills
- Previous experience in a similar Planning role
- Ideally an understanding of the Food/Cheese industry
- Be a key Team player
- Excellent organisational and multi-task skills

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
