Job Summary:
As an Electronic Call Monitoring Software Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients using our electronic call monitoring software. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing technical assistance and support, and ensuring our clients are using our software to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support to domiciliary care providers using our electronic call monitoring software.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers with any software-related issues.
- Provide guidance and training to clients to ensure they are using our software to its full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote software adoption.
- Continuously monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the development team.
- Document and maintain accurate customer records and support tickets
- Provide On Call Support out of Office Hours on set rotary cycles

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in providing customer support or domiciliary care, preferably in a software or technology-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
